He tends to be the one to wait for someone to start a conversation with him. He makes up for it in his observation skills which helps him pick up things that help him understand people better. Yuki has a bit of a rebelious side as he hates strick rules leading him to go against them. It often gets him in trouble. He doesn't look like it, but he can be a capable fighter and warrior. Even if he had a large amount of strength, he really wouldn't like the attention as being the center of attention makes him uneasy. Under everything is a strong desire to protect those close to him and those in need.

The two lived in a small home in a small town where she had to pick up two jobs as well as do the house work in order to support the both of them. After years of this the stress would get to her and she would begin abusing him as a outlet before dying from over working herself. After this he would live with his grandfather who was able to take good care of him. His grandfather was the one who taught him how to use different types of weapons for battle as he use to be a soldier himself. His grandpa soon died of old age. Having no one else in his life Yuki would turn to the famed military school for a new life.
